Wasted Youth continue the Scottish leg of their UK 2026 tour with a gig at Audio in Glasgow. This promises to be an evening of controlled chaos and beautiful mayhem! With their debut album often referenced as an “overlooked classic”, and having worked with legends such as Martin Hannett (Joy Division) and Peter Perrett (The Only Ones) to name but two, Wasted Youth are no strangers to the colourful allure of the rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle. Recently, Wasted Youth have toured the UK with the Psychedelic Furs and Pop Will Eat Itself and appearances at festivals such as Wide Awake, Rebellion and Revenant. But, now, with their youthful vigour and enthusiasm very much intact, they are excited about their new live album (released in April) and can’t wait to play some new and old songs live…where arguably Wasted Youth are at their best.
A great local band, This Questionable Life, are supporting, plus the enigmatic DJ Wee Scratch Terry, who will be playing his selection of floor fillers, forgotten classics and some obscure gems.
Venue: Audio Glasgow
